We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Medical Assistant to join our dynamic primary care team. This role combines hands-on clinical support with technical expertise in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Support
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations.
- Record medical history, vital signs, and chief complaints.
- Review medications and allergies; assist with forms and documentation.
- Clinical Assistance
- Support physicians during exams and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and perform basic lab tests (venipuncture, urinalysis, etc.).
- Patient Education
- Provide guidance on managing chronic conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.
- Educate patients on office procedures and follow-up care.
- Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments, handle phone calls, and process referrals.
- Document visits in the EMR system.
- Manage medical supplies, insurance paperwork, and prior authorizations.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
