Compensation
- Earn up to $104,000 annually through our 50% commission structure and customer tips.
- Signing Bonus Available

What You'll Do
- Perform professional grooming services, including breed-specific styling, hand scissoring, bathing, drying, de-matting, deshedding treatments, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and finishing work.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for every pet parent.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming environment.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of every dog in your care.
- Collaborate with fellow groomers and retail team members to create an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of professional dog grooming experience.
- Strong scissoring and breed styling skills.
- Safe and confident animal handling abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for delivering exceptional quality and building lasting relationships with clients.
