DRY FLY DISTILLING - 1021 W Riverside Ave, Spokane, WA 99201
Dry Fly launched in 2007 as the original small batch distillery in Washington State and is recognized as a pioneer for small batch distilling across the country. Located in downtown Spokane, at the intersection of Riverside and Monroe, we operate out of a 19,000 square foot facility that includes the distillery, a tasting room, restaurant and event center. All Dry Fly products, from the award-winning whiskies, vodka and gin can be found throughout the U.S and internationally.

Job Responsibilities :
- Educate guests about Dry Fly products
- Develop a keen knowledge of our brands
- Understand the barrel aging process
- Facilitate tasting flights for guests
- Lead groups on distillery tours
- Hold cocktail classes
- Mix classic and house specialty cocktails
- Provide excellent guest service
- Develop cocktails ideas and create menus
- Maintain bar cleanliness
Overall Criteria:
- Ability to work the bar independently and handle the bar and the room on your own
- Great customer service skills required
- Passion for spirits required
- Familiarity with Washington distilleries, wineries, and breweries a plus
- Knowledge of spirits and cocktails with the desire to learn and expand knowledge of distillation
- Able to handle large groups on your own
- Proficient computer skills
- Organized
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Be a team player with other bartenders and kitchen staff
- MAST license required
- Food handlers card required
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Cleaning Required
