Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician. In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality commercial products using a variety of hand, pneumatic, and power tools in a clean, safety-focused production environment. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity offering consistent first-shift hours, competitive pay, and an outstanding benefits package upon permanent hire.

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday
- 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
Compensation
- $18.00/hour during the contract period
- $19.50/hour upon permanent hire
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and finished products using hand, pneumatic, and power tools
- Follow written work instructions to ensure products are built accurately and efficiently
- Perform visual inspections throughout the assembly process to verify product quality
- Package completed products for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Operate basic production equipment and assist with various manufacturing tasks as production needs change
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Consistently follow company safety policies and properly wear required PPE
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be willing to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
