Limitless Golden Construction is a growing asphalt and paving contractor serving Westchester County, the Hudson Valley, and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential and commercial paving, driveway installation and replacement, oil & stone driveways, gravel resurfacing, drainage and grading, paver patios, stone walls, and other exterior construction projects.
We are currently looking for 2 reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with their hands, and being part of a professional construction crew. Construction or paving experience is preferred, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, driveway installation, resurfacing, and repairs
- Perform manual labor including shoveling, raking, spreading, grading, and compacting materials
- Assist with excavation, drainage, catch basin, and pipe installation
- Help prepare job sites and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with removal of existing asphalt, gravel, concrete, and other materials
- Move and spread stone, gravel, soil, asphalt, and other construction materials
- Assist with installation of pavers, Belgian blocks, stone walls, and other hardscape materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed
- Assist equipment operators and experienced crew members as needed
- Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Follow instructions from foremen and project managers
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
- Perform other general construction duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable — showing up on time and ready to work is extremely important
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous construction or paving experience is preferred, not required and we will train the right candidate.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
- Experience with paving, excavation, grading, landscaping, masonry, or hardscaping is a plus
- Valid driver's license is a plus with the ability to commute to our yard.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, please note that we primarily speak Spanish.
- Must be willing to work Monday through Saturday as required by the schedule
