Responsibilities include:
- Booking and planning weddings, banquets, corporate events, golf outings, and member functions
- Creating accurate event orders and timelines
- Managing event logistics and ensuring all details are prepared well in advance
- Working closely with management, kitchen, bar, and service staff
- Building relationships with clients and vendors
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
Requirements:
- Prior event coordination experience is required
- Proven track record with weddings and large-scale events
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Professional references required
- Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to stay ahead of deadlines
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
