Live Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $18/hour + Performance Bonus + Leadership Growth Opportunities
Schedule: Consistent Part-Time Hours (Typically 20–30+ hours/week, depending on our live streaming schedule)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field. Equivalent relevant work experience may also be considered.

About the Role
As our Live Operations Coordinator, you'll be one of the key people responsible for keeping our live shopping business running efficiently every day.
This role combines live stream operations, team coordination, data analysis, business planning, and process improvement.
You'll work closely with the owner and play an important role in helping our team continue to grow.
What You'll DoLive Show Operations
- Manage product links and support the flow of every live shopping show.
- Record live sales data and operational metrics throughout each show.
- Help maintain a smooth, organized, and efficient live streaming environment.
Product Preparation
- Prepare, fold, organize, and restock clothing before and during live shows.
- Step in to support product preparation whenever a Live Assistant is unavailable.
- Help ensure hosts always have products ready during live streams.
Team Coordination
- Track daily attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating the live stream team.
- Because this role supports the entire team, punctuality and reliability are essential. You'll often be expected to arrive before other team members to help prepare for the day's operations.
Data & Business Analysis
- Collect, organize, and analyze daily live stream performance data.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Meet with the owner weekly to review performance and recommend action plans.
Business Growth & Planning
- Assist in planning sales events, promotions, and live stream strategies.
- Identify operational challenges before they become bigger problems.
- Suggest improvements that help the team become more efficient and successful.
- Help improve company systems, workflows, and operating procedures.

Schedule
This is a high-hour part-time position with consistent weekly hours.
Most shifts are 3–6 hours, depending on our live streaming schedule.
Because our business operates primarily during live shopping events, evening and weekend availability is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, customer service, live selling, or operations is a plus.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Evening and weekend availability.
