Chef – Corporate Dining (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)
Location: Wilmington, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day starts at 5:30AM | No Nights, Weekends, or Major Holidays

We’re looking for our next Corporate Dining Chef to join our team! In this role, you’ll prepare a variety of made-to-order meals and catered dishes, ensuring every guest enjoys a fresh, flavorful experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and values teamwork, consistency, and quality.

Prepare and serve made-to-order breakfast and lunch items with quality and presentation in mind

Support and execute catering orders and special events as needed

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Assist with daily prep, setup, and cleanup of service stations

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations

Deliver friendly, professional customer service with every guest interaction

Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen

Great people skills and a team-first attitude

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly in a fast-paced kitchen

Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills

Eager to learn through hands-on training and continuous improvement

Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is a plus — but not required

Ability to pass a background check
