Roof Maxx is looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and brand representationwhile working inside Big Box stores.
We offer comprehensive training and ongoing supportto set you up for success—no prior sales experience required.
We are currently hiring for immediate openings in Charlotte, NC!
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in person to promote products, answer questions, and drive sales.
- Represent Roof Maxx inside partnered retail locations.
- Communicate product features and benefits to help customers make informed choices.
- Maintain in-store marketing displays and ensure materials are organized and appealing.
- Record customer interactions and provide feedback to the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a retail environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus—but not required.
