Handyman – Full Time Second Shift
We are looking for a skilled handyman with a construction background to perform a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks around our resort property. Our handymen have a broad knowledge across the construction trades and possess strong problem-solving skills. Our handymen must be proficient with various hand and power tools and must be able to efficiently manage multiple small projects simultaneously. As part of our team, our handmen must also be comfortable interacting with our guests, providing excellent levels of customer service in their interactions. For this position we are looking for coverage from mid-day to closing.

The Preserve is a luxury resort and community located in Richmond, RI. With 3,500 acres we have a focus on outdoor sports, including shooting sports, fishing, and equestrian. We also offer our guests and residents unique dining options, spa experiences, and the Sporting Shoppe retail space.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends – required
- Must be able to work second shift
- Prior construction experience preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of general construction tools
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of settings
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various positions while utilizing tools
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
