Your day is about bringing order to motion. You'll keep the schedule moving, help technicians stay on time, and make sure customers aren't left wondering what's going on.
You'll be balancing what needs attention now and what can wait. A clean database matters to you. A tight calendar matters to you. When something blows up, you won't freeze. You'll sort it out, reroute the day, and keep things moving.
