Northway Toyota is seeking a full-time experienced Service Advisor. Our dealerships are centrally located in the Capital District and boast excellent work environments. Our service advisors receive an excellent compensation package – weekly pay plus commission along with many other benefits!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen carefully to vehicle concerns.
- Inspect vehicles, review maintenance history, and determine service needs.
- Prepare repair estimates and write repair orders (ROs).
- Explain repairs, warranties, and service recommendations to customers.
- Process payments and complete required paperwork.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate customer and service records.
- Stay current on manufacturer training and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to add value.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (preferably at a dealership).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Manufacturer certifications or brand-specific experience are a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
