Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay rate: $21.00
Job description:
- Ensuring food safety (HACCP/GMPs) and product quality by inspecting raw materials.
- Perform daily checks on raw materials (receiving) and finished goods (weight, seals, labels) and conduct in-process checks.
- Maintain HACCP/GMP records, SOPs, audit reports, and product specifications.
- Ensure adherence to FDA/USDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and customer standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous work in food/beverage manufacturing, especially with spices or similar commodities.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, GFSI, and general food safety principles.
- Detail-oriented, good communication, basic computer skills, critical thinking, and data entry.
