VivanaMD is a boutique medical spa focused on natural, refined results and exceptional patient care. We are looking for a polished, reliable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator who can represent our brand and deliver a high-level client experience. This is NOT a basic front desk role. You will be the first impression of our clinic and play a key role in patient communication, scheduling, and lead follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Respond to new leads quickly and schedule consultations
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, high-end experience
- Manage scheduling efficiently and keep the day running smoothly
- Follow up with leads and existing patients
- Support providers and maintain organization at the front desk
