Part-Time Recruiter
Location: Gorham, ME (Onsite)
Schedule: 25–30 hours per week (Flexible)
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for manufacturing positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting experience who can work independently, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and quickly take ownership of open requisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and production openings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Proactively follow up with hiring managers to gather interview feedback and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records within the applicant tracking system.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating directly with hiring managers.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- 25–30 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling.
- Fully onsite in Gorham, ME to foster strong partnerships with hiring teams and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
