St. Francis Village is a retirement community offering affordable independent retirement living for active seniors 62 and older, located just outside of Fort Worth at 4070 St. Francis Village Road Crowley, TX 76036.
St. Francis Village is looking for full-time Maintenance Tech to add to the maintenance team that handles all daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, and remodeling of cottages. The Village is comprised of 400+ units that are a mix of duplexes, triplexes, and apartments, as well as common areas, and office spaces. All buildings are single story.
Expert at painting trim, doors, walls, ceilings. Use a spray rig exterior and interior, is a MUST.
Paint cabinets.
Tape bed and texture.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and rotating on call hours for nights and weekends.
Position Responsibilities
Main position will be painting full time w/ sheetrock, tape and bed texture with the following task as well:
- Perform wide range of residential maintenance and remodeling including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with both residents and staff.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and update work orders online using a tablet or computer.
- Be able to take On Call shift once every 5 weeks that includes staying till 5 every day that week, take calls till 9 at night and 8 am-9 pm Saturday and Sunday of that week.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to lift 75 lbs.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
