Most of our techs earn between $80K–$160K depending on production.

Build real relationships with customers (no high-pressure sales)

Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear options

Perform residential service work (water heaters, fixtures, gas, piping, etc.)

Use our system to build estimates and document work

Deliver clean, professional, code-compliant installs

5+ years residential service plumbing experience
-
Strong communication—you’re comfortable in front of homeowners

Confidence presenting options (service-focused, not pushy)

Reliable, professional, and takes pride in your work

Able to follow systems and processes (we’ll train you on ours)
