Join our team as a Sign Courier and help keep our real estate listings looking their best!We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and self-motivated to install, maintain, and remove real estate signs throughout our service area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being on the road, and taking pride in representing a professional real estate team.
What You'll Do
- Install, remove, and maintain real estate signs
- Coordinate sign installations and pickups with our Listing Manager
- Ensure signs are placed correctly for maximum visibility
- Keep sign inventory organized and communicate when supplies are running low
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of sign equipment, storage areas, and vehicles
- Report any property access issues, damaged equipment, or concerns promptly
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfortable lifting and transporting real estate signs and equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
ScheduleThis is an as-needed position with most sign deliveries and pickups occurring:
- Tuesday afternoons/evenings
- Thursday afternoons/evenings
Additional days may be scheduled as needed. Weekly schedules are provided in advance whenever possible.Compensation
- Guaranteed $150 every two weeks, covering up to 10 hours of work per pay period.
- Any hours worked beyond 10 hours in the pay period are paid at $15/hour.
VehicleA company vehicle may be available for approved drivers.
