Overview
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager / Head Chef to lead our ramen restaurant operations. This dual-role position is responsible for both kitchen leadership and overall restaurant management, ensuring high-quality ramen dishes, smooth daily operations, and excellent guest experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ramen kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency in broth, noodles, toppings, and presentation
- Maintain recipe standards and food quality control
- Manage food cost, portioning, and inventory
- Train and supervise kitchen staff (line cooks, prep cooks)
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation compliance

- Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Manage ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory systems
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily reporting
Skills
- 3–5+ years experience in ramen / Japanese / Asian restaurant or similar high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Restaurant Manager
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and cost control
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
