Traveling Quality Team Leader
Location: Maryville, Tennessee (Primary Base)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Flexible between 1st and 2nd shift hours
Travel: Must be willing to work within a 2-hour radius of Maryville, TN

Lead and supervise quality inspection teams on-site

Set up new projects and ensure smooth daily operations

Train inspectors on work instructions, procedures, and expectations

Inspect parts and verify quality standards are consistently met

Communicate with customer representatives and job site contacts

Ensure compliance with safety and company requirements

Verify tools, equipment, and measuring gauges

Complete required project documentation and reporting
-
Step in as acting supervisor when needed

Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouse locations as required

Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to adapt in fast-paced and changing environments

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude

Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius

Valid driver’s license required
