Job Summary: Welcome guests to property and provide directions, assistance, and/or information regarding the casino and its promotions, events and amenities. Enthusiastically engages with guests while providing information as well as redeeming promotional officers, cheques/chips and gaming machine tickets. Service guests by maintaining control over all cash transaction activities in the casino.
Essential Functions:

Acknowledge, greet, and converse with guests as they approach the Customer Service counter.

Provide friendly and courteous guest service by providing knowledgeable information, directions, and assistance as may be required to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsible for operating a cash bank, perform even exchanges, cash in/out transactions, cheque/chip redemption, redeem promotional offers and verify various cash tickets.

Responsible for verifying bank at the beginning and end of shift.

Prepare Count In/Count Out report for supervisor’s signature approval.

Responsible for accuracy, attention to detail and following established SOP’s for all transactions.

Sign up new Player’s Club members, issue Player’s Club cards and approve Player’s Club rewards to guest based on their gaming history.

Enter and update player data information into CMP.

Maintain compliance with gaming procedures and regulations.
-
Knowledge of cash and Casino Marketplace (CMP), promotion events, Team members, and their respective functions.

Effectively communicates features and benefits of the Players Club Program and all related promotions to prospective gaming customers.

Resolve guest disputes in accordance with authority or contact management to solve the issue.

Maintains integrity of all transactions through verification of information.

Solicit and document guest information for marketing research purposes.

Maintain database integrity by following high standards of data entry.

Promote casino by interacting with guests in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner.

Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Performs other duties and projects as required by management.
Working Conditions:

Typical of that in a busy casino with heavy cigarette smoke accompanied with a variety of competing noises and communications.

Flexible hours (week-ends, nights, holidays).
Physical Requirements:

Sitting or standing for long periods of time; Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.

Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:

Must have a High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Knowledge of the prescribed methods of the application and completion of federal cash reporting requirement forms including Title 31 compliance regulations.

Knowledge of the characteristics of appropriate and inappropriate greetings and interaction with guests and patrons.

Basic knowledge of computers and fax machine.

Ability to work any shifts, start time, weekends, and holidays

Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility.

Pass a mathematical test administered by the Kickapoo Casino Human Resources department.
-
Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License.
