Warehouse/Delivery driver
Hours Monday through Saturday 9AM- 5PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and Unloading:Safely loading furniture onto the delivery vehicle, securing it for transport, and unloading it at the customer's location. Some items may require on sight assembly.
- Transportation:Driving the delivery vehicle (which will require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record) and adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
- Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the delivery.
- Warehouse Assistance:Helping with warehouse tasks such as organizing product, pulling orders, and assisting with loading delivery routes.
- Safety Compliance:Adhering to all transportation laws, maintaining a safe driving record, and following safety protocols for handling and moving furniture.
- Communication:Communicating effectively with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors about delivery schedules, potential issues, and customer feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
