Job description:
At ParkM, we’re not just selling parking permits, we’re changing the way multifamily communities think about parking. Our mission is to bring clarity, control, and innovation to an industry that’s been overlooked for too long.
If you’re a builder at heart, a sales professional who loves the thrill of opening doors, forging relationships, and being part of something that’s growing fast—then this isn’t just another sales role. It’s your chance to help shape the future of a company that’s scaling across the country.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of ParkM in your market, driving growth through connection, hustle, and persistence. You’ll work hand-in-hand with property owners and managers to show them how ParkM’s technology transforms their operations and simplifies their residents’ lives.
We’re a start-up, which means your ideas will matter, your wins will be celebrated, and your voice will help shape our story. You’ll spend your days on the move, meeting clients, attending apartment association events, and closing deals that directly impact our trajectory.
If you have a hunter’s mentality, thrive on autonomy, and get energized by turning opportunity into success, you’ll fit right in. At ParkM, we’re not just growing a company, we’re building a movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calls and actively engage in relationship-building to generate new leads and drive sales within the multifamily sector.
- Market Expansion: Strategically promote and sell Parking Permit technology to apartment communities, positioning ParkM as the premier provider in your assigned territory.
- Industry Engagement: Represent ParkM at apartment association events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and industry meetings to establish a strong presence within the market.
- Adaptability & Agility: Demonstrate the ability to lead sales initiatives while adjusting strategies in response to market trends and business needs.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with property managers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders within the multifamily industry.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress toward target goals.
- Customer Support & Retention: Provide ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly within the multifamily industry.
- Maintain a consistent presence in your assigned territory during business hours. (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6 PM).
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, with a competitive spirit and a hunter mentality.
- Ability to lead initiatives while also taking direction as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
- Experience with apartment associations and trade shows is a plus.
- Extreme comfort utilizing email, Google Meet, Zoom, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Extreme comfort with mapping out and driving throughout your territory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
