Job Description:
Campion Center is seeking an RN/LPN who is looking to join our amazing team and provide quality care to our residents. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, great nurse to patient ratio, and in a serene and tranquil environment. You will work on a small 17-bed unit with a five-star staff rating.
The candidates for this position:
· An RN/LPN licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
· Possess great interpersonal skills and have a strong moral compass
· Provides care with integrity
· Has a strong focus on patient advocacy
· Responsible for the assessment of each resident
· Coordinate and cooperate with other disciplines
· Documentation on all residents
· Perform direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the residents
· Make rounds with the physician
· Oversee the Certified Nurse Aides as assigned
· Perform all other duties as assigned
Pay & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Percentage match up on your contribution to 403 (b) retirement plan up to 6% (must work at least 1,000 hours per year for the match), a $5.00 per hour weekend differential as well as a generous retention bonus of up to $5000.
