General Description:
CMM Programmer will write and edit programs for new and existing parts using PC-DMIS software. Responsible for CMM room and training CMM operators.
Task:
- Program and Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines ( CMMs)
- Write and edit CMM programs for any part using PC-DMIS software
- Ensure CMMs are properly calibrated
- Provide direction to CMM Operators
- Oversee Critical Testing and Inspection Procedures
- Complete all Customer required Quality Plans
- Process, Assign, Validate Corrective Action Activities
- Assist in troubleshooting shop floor activities
- Assist in compliance to ISO standards and BTM procedures
