Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the seamless flow of production processes. Duties
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and oversee assembly line activities to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to consistently follow safety protocols and meet quality expectations.
- Partner with Quality teams to identify production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and sustain 5S and visual management practices to promote an organized and efficient work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with all plant processes, procedures, and systems.
- Prepare, document, and lead monthly plant performance reviews, including metrics related to cost, quality, production, and safety.
Skills
- Proven experience supervising operations in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate, coach, and manage a diverse workforce
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate production schedules and support inventory management
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing and warehouse environments, with a commitment to enforcing a strong safety culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience ensuring compliance with company processes, procedures, and operational systems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and all levels of the organization; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Experience tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, cost, and safety
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
