Your Role
You'll lead this kitchen as if it were your own—taking pride in every plate, every process, every standard, and every member of your team.

As Executive Chef, you'll set the standard for everything that comes out of the kitchen.

You'll recruit exceptional culinary professionals, develop future chefs, partner with your General Manager, and create a kitchen where excellence is expected and teamwork is celebrated.

You'll never be expected to lead from an office. The best chefs are present in the kitchen—coaching, teaching, tasting, and leading by example every day.
Responsibilities
· Recruit, coach, inspire, and develop an exceptional culinary team.
· Lead all kitchen operations through positive, hands-on leadership.
· Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, sanitation, and organization.
· Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
· Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and profitability.
· Build a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an accomplished culinary leader with a proven ability to build high-performing kitchen teams, develop future chefs, and consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.
We're looking for someone who communicates professionally, remains calm under pressure, thrives on organization, embraces accountability, and genuinely enjoys mentoring others.
Strong financial acumen, menu development, recipe standardization, purchasing, inventory management, labor management, scheduling, food cost control, and financial management are essential.
ServSafe Certification and beverage knowledge are required.
