Kulture81 is building a crew of cannabis‑smart, culture‑driven budtenders who know how to vibe with customers, elevate the experience, and keep the shop running smooth. If you love the plant, know your terps, and can hold a conversation that feels real—not scripted—you’ll fit right in.
Duties
- Guiding customers through the menu with real knowledge, not buzzwords—flower, concentrates, edibles, vapes, topicals, all of it.
- Reading the room and matching people with products that fit their mood, goals, and comfort level.
- Keeping transactions clean, accurate, and compliant—ID checks, POS, cash handling, the whole deal.
- Staying on top of new drops, strains, brands, and trends so you’re always one step ahead.
- Helping keep the shop looking tight: stocked shelves, clean counters, organized displays.
- Bringing good energy to the team and the floor every shift.
Requirements
- A natural ability to connect with people—no forced sales vibes.
- Curiosity about cannabis and a willingness to keep learning.
- Comfort in a fast, busy retail environment.
- Reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Ohio’s cannabis industry.
- Retail or cannabis experience is great, but passion and attitude matter just as much.
