What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Complete multipoint vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently
- Assist senior technicians while learning advanced repair procedures
- Use shop tools and equipment safely and properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all Honda and Honda of Jefferson City safety and quality standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and career‑focused
- Trade school, lube tech, or military mechanical experience is a plus
