We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stocked, picked, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Unload trucks and process receiving documentation.
- Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform local deliveries using company vehicles as needed.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Meet productivity goals and deadlines established by the Materials Manager.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Support additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating a forklift safely and effectively.
- Ability to operate a 6,000-pound forklift with 6-foot forks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for local deliveries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory control and cycle count experience.
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems
