Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard and signature recipes, ensuring consistency and quality on every pour

Greet and engage guests at the bar, take orders accurately, and make menu recommendations (cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings)

Check guest IDs and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly; refuse service when appropriate in line with state law and company policy

Operate the POS system to enter orders, process payments, and manage tabs accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station, including restocking garnishes, glassware, and liquor

Follow all recipes, portioning, and pouring standards to control cost and maintain consistency

Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintain a clean bar area throughout the shift

Communicate and coordinate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to a manager when needed

Assist with opening/closing bar duties, including inventory counts and cash-out procedures

Support promotions and specials (e.g., happy hour, seasonal cocktails) as directed by management
We're looking for a skilled, personable Bartender to prepare and serve drinks, deliver excellent guest service, and help run a clean, well-stocked, high-energy bar. The ideal candidate balances speed and accuracy behind the bar with warmth and hospitality in front of it.

Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred/required depending on state law)

Prior bartending experience preferred; strong cocktail knowledge a plus

Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) required or must be obtained upon hire

Working knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, beer, and wine

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Basic math skills for handling cash, tabs, and inventory

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (kegs, cases of liquor/mixers, ice)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion

Comfortable working around alcohol, noise, and a high-energy social atmosphere
