Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Coordinate with medical staff for smooth operations
Willing to help cover the front desk at multiple RTS Physical Therapy locations

Previous experience in medical reception or customer service preferred, Excellent communication and multitasking skills & Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems a plus
