The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and system testing documentation, along with experience in functional, regression, performance, load, and user acceptance testing. Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile/SDLC practices, defect tracking, and mentoring testing teams is highly valued.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Assures requirements are defined, documented, and approved; performs code reviews and ensures agency application development standards are met.
- Works with business area personnel to thoroughly define and approve requirements, performs impact analysis to identify interdependencies, and assists with design reviews.
- Performs code reviews and serves as a technical lead, as assigned.
- Creates detailed test designs and test plans and creates and reviews test data for test scenarios.
- Coordinates and conducts unit and system test script execution.
- Coordinates and conducts debugging efforts and defect tracking.
- Coordinates and supports user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinates, conducts, and supports software implementation and deployment activities.
- Leads and performs the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT quality assurance standards and testing.
- Performs performance, regression, and load testing.
- Develops, reviews, and coordinates application-related training materials and software user guides.
- Develops and maintains program and application source code documentation, including use cases and inline code comments.
- Develops and documents departmental standards, appropriate programming standards, and system development lifecycle activities.
- Reviews software development lifecycle activities.
- Assists higher-level IT staff with workload estimation and project planning activities.
- Designs and performs system analysis, recommends application solutions, tests and corrects programs, and assists IT staff with documentation.

- 3+ years of experience as a Software Tester specifically for Salesforce applications.
