Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent clients and brands in person as a Customer Service Representative
- Provide exceptional customer support and service
- Assist with customer enrollment and answer product questions
- Conduct presentations and explain service options
- Track customer interactions and campaign results
- Work alongside other Customer Service Representatives to achieve team goals
