Your Role:
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and related developmental needs
- Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Use play-based and structured teaching methods to build skills
- Collect accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and the therapy team
- Maintain professionalism and follow ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Experience working with children (preferred, but we provide training)
- Reliable, patient, and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR/First Aid certification (if not already certified)
