As a Gardener, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of landscape maintenance for clients, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, and raking.

Safely operate and maintain power equipment, including walk-behind mowers, reel-type mowers, power edgers, and line trimmers.

Carry out detailed care activities, including pruning, hedging, installing mortarless masonry wall units, and assisting with sprinkler installation.

Conduct daily equipment maintenance, such as checking oil, tire pressure, and greasing, while adhering to safety and fueling procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to deliver superior results and uphold company standards.

Experience operating 52 rider mowers, 48 stand-on mowers, and 36 walk-behind mowers.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and exert up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

1 year of landscaping experience preferred.
