Responsibilities
- Basic upkeep of public areas and guest rooms
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building and facilities equipment
- Conduct repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and schematics
- Support plumbing maintenance and repair tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Assist with maintenance painting projects to uphold the facility’s appearance and integrity
- Supervise or assist with small-scale projects involving carpentry or mechanical work while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Basic knowledge of interior maintenance including plumbing and carpentry tasks
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
