Prepare patient charts and gather necessary records and documentation
Ensure medical records are organized, accurate, and complete
Create and maintain electronic medical records and digital files
File paperwork, reports, and patient records accurately and efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
Transfer data into the facility’s electronic systems
Process records for admissions and discharges
Assist with invoice preparation and administrative support duties
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and computer literate
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and dependable team player
Ability to handle urgent communications and tasks efficiently
