**Job Summary:**
We are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join and lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We cook Premium high end Steaks! Meat grilling experience is a must!
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality
- Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary position
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques
- Understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
