Elite Cutover Connections, Inc. is a telecommunications contractor supporting broadband deployments across the United States. Our teams help bring high-speed internet to communities by installing and activating fiber and fixed wireless networks.
Candidates with strong fixed wireless (WISP), LTE/CBRS, or rooftop wireless installation experience will be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Mount, align, and optimize wireless radios on rooftops, poles, and towers
- Perform signal validation, throughput testing, and link optimization
- Troubleshoot RF interference, signal degradation, and connectivity issues
- Run and secure cabling (Ethernet, power, grounding) for wireless systems
- Install and troubleshoot Power over Ethernet (PoE) systems for wireless equipment
- Install proper grounding and bonding per industry standards
- Work safely at heights and follow all installation standards
- Complete job documentation, photos, and closeout reports
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Represent the company professionally in the field and at customers' home
Expectations
- Must be willing to travel locally to various locations
- Work schedules are typically Monday through Friday, with rotation on Saturdays
Required Experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience of hands-on experience in fixed wireless
- Experience installing and commissioning wireless equipment in the field
- Proven ability to align and optimize wireless links
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to RF and network connectivity
- Working knowledge of grounding and bonding practices (NEC compliance)
- Experience with rooftop or tower-based installations
- Background in FTTH, CATV, broadband, or low-voltage telecommunications work
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (rooftops, towers, structures)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in the field
- Strong attention to detail and job documentation
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
