We are working with Cardinal Heating & Air, an independently owned residential HVAC company that recently returned to local ownership after years under private equity management.
Today, Cardinal operates approximately 10 service technicians and is actively growing. Their leadership team is focused on building a company where employees aren't treated like numbers, quality comes before volume, and culture matters as much as performance.
This is a true in-home HVAC sales position. You'll run 3-4 appointments per day, helping homeowners make informed decisions about replacement systems, upgrades, and comfort solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Design and recommend HVAC replacement solutions
- Perform load calculations and proper system sizing
- Present options and close sales professionally
- Maintain organized follow-up with prospects
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor experience
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and accountable work ethic
- Ability to manage a full sales pipeline independently
- Valid driver's license
Important:
This is a 100% commission position with no base salary. It is ideal for experienced Comfort Advisors who are confident in their ability to close and want an uncapped earning opportunity.
