Mercedes-Benz of Mobile is seeking a dependable and professional Vehicle Delivery Driver to assist with the transportation and delivery of vehicles. The ideal candidate will safely transport vehicles between dealership locations, customer residences, auctions, service facilities, and other designated locations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Trailer driving and towing experience required

Experience loading and unloading vehicles on trailers preferred

Must be at least 21 years of age

Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle report review

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and drive for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Previous dealership, transportation, or delivery experience preferred

Familiarity with vehicle inspection procedures

Experience operating enclosed or open vehicle transport trailers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up vehicles in a safe and timely manner

Transport vehicles between dealership locations, vendors, auctions, and customers

Load, secure, and transport vehicles using a trailer when required

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections

Inspect vehicles before and after transport for any damage

Maintain accurate delivery logs and required paperwork

Ensure vehicles are clean and fueled prior to delivery

Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures

Assist with dealership vehicle organization and lot maintenance as needed

Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers and staff

Report any accidents, damages, or maintenance concerns immediately
