Full Job Description

English as Second Language (ESL) teachers in Adult Education provide instruction in the areas of reading, writing, listening, and

speaking.

Incorporate civics education within the ESL curriculum and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of a variety of English Language Learner levels.
Maintain accurate attendance and testing records and administer the Best Plus and Best Literacy assessment.
Collaborate with literacy case managers and the data manager regarding testing needs of students.

Part-time, Monday-Thursday.

Times Vary: Hours may be 9am-12pm, 12-3pm or 6-9pm

Monroe, Middletown and Newburgh locations
