Jersey Mike’s Charles Town is looking for Crew Members to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Greet customers, record orders and serve food and beverages with a positive helpful attitude
*Input orders into a point of sale system
*Work together with the line team to prepare hot and cold subs, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements
*Use specific kitchen machinery such as knives, grills and slicers
*Ensure restaurant cleanliness
*Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
*Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing required uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code
REQUIREMENTS
*Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
*Commitment to learning
*Ability to stand for long hours at a time in a fast paced environment
*Flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends and holidays
*Must be 18 years or older
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
