Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office and executive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes initiative, has excellent communication and phone skills and thrives in a collaborative environment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while providing administrative support to leadership, sales, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the office each business day and ensure the office is organized and operating efficiently
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and samples
- Prepare and ship product samples to customers, prospects, and partners
- Assist with managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling related logistics
- Support the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, customer follow-up, and document preparation
- Assist the customer service team with order processing, customer communications, and administrative tasks
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
