Airbnb Property Turnover & Property Manager
Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible
Location: Rural Property
Compensation: $50 per turnover
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help manage and turn over our rural Airbnb property between guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with consistent responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and reset the Airbnb between guests
- Clean and prepare all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Strip beds and launder, dry, fold, and put away linens and towels ***Will have to launder at home or nearby laundromat (12 min drive from cabin)
- Make beds and ensure the property is guest-ready
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Restock basic household and guest supplies as needed
- Check the property for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and report anything that needs attention
- Ensure the property looks clean, organized, and welcoming before each guest arrival
- Communicate promptly regarding any issues or special requests
- Occasionally help with additional property tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in keeping a property clean and organized
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Has reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a rural setting
- Flexible availability, particularly around guest check-in/check-out days
- Previous Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or professional cleaning experience is a plus
