Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Vehicle Wrap, Decals & Window Tint Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for the professional installation of commercial vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, decals, paint protection films, and automotive window tint. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work while maintaining efficiency and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install full and partial vehicle wraps on cars, trucks, vans, trailers, and commercial fleets.
- Install vinyl graphics, lettering, decals, and wall graphics.
- Install automotive and commercial window tint.
- Prepare vehicles and surfaces by cleaning, disassembling, and masking as needed.
- Remove existing vinyl graphics and adhesive safely without damaging surfaces.
- Trim and finish installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform quality inspections before delivering completed vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Properly care for installation tools, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate with team members regarding project timelines and installation needs.
- Assist with shop production, material preparation, and occasional shop maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience installing vehicle wraps, decals, or window tint preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using installation tools including squeegees, knives, heat guns, and measuring tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to remove/reinstall vehicle trim is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new installation techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3M, Avery Dennison, Hexis, or Oracal vinyl products.
- Experience with paint protection film (PPF).
- Color change wrap installation.
- Fleet graphics installation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
