The Tea Barista prepares high-quality tea beverages, delivers attentive guest service, and maintains a clean, efficient workstation. This role requires strong product knowledge, consistent recipe execution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare tea drinks according to standardized recipes, including accurate steep times, water temperatures, and build procedures.

Operate the register, handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and follow all cash handling controls.

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all bar and frontofhouse work areas.

Manage time effectively to keep drink production flowing during peak periods.

Monitor product levels and communicate any shortages to management.

Follow all foodsafety and sanitation guidelines, including proper cleaning and equipment care.

Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and smooth shift operations.

Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.

Chinese bilingual highly preferred

Prior barista or beverageproduction experience preferred but not required.
