Role Overview
As a Site Deployment Specialist – BMS, you will deliver BMS deployments for new and retrofit facilities, ensuring reliable monitoring, control, and alarm functionality in hyperscale environments. You will coordinate vendors and internal teams through design, build, commissioning, and turnover, with strong attention to security, standards, and operational usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own BMS deployment execution across requirements, design coordination, vendor management, installation oversight, testing, commissioning support, and go-live stabilization.
- Define and validate BMS sequences and strategies supporting high availability across HVAC and critical infrastructure monitoring.
- Integrate BMS with adjacent platforms such as DCIM, OT/IT networks, and site monitoring/automation systems.
- Provide escalation-level troubleshooting for complex integration and commissioning issues; document root causes and corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain BMS standards for naming, alarming, trend requirements, response expectations, and cybersecurity controls.
- Produce turnover documentation and support training to ensure operational adoption and consistent use.
