About the Role:
Vim LLC in Santa Cruz, CA is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-time Dishwasher to join our team on Friday and Saturday nights.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
- Assist with restocking clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as needed
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Support kitchen staff during high-volume service periods
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent part-time schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and wet kitchen environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
